SUSSEX might have only had Jofra Archer for two matches, but the Blast South leaders have shown they have enough depth to be genuine contenders even without their star fast bowler. Archer featured against Surrey and Kent before his callup for the second Ashes Test, but in his absence the Sharks have continued to dominate the Blast.
They now have six wins, a tie and a no-result from eight matches to lead the way in the South, with Middlesex the latest victims on Friday night.
Admittedly it was a Middlesex team without AB de Villiers or Eoin...
