PAUL Farbrace has knocked heads together at Warwickshire and wants to end a disappointing Bob Willis Trophy campaign on a high against fellow strugglers Glamorgan.
Willis was synonymous with the West Midlands county for a decade but the current crop have been inconsistent in the competition named after the fast bowling icon.
