With that typical eye for detail and anecdote, Tony Cozier, in his last work before his death last year, captured the man behind the statistics in Sir Everton Weekes: An Appreciation*.
Cozier, the great chronicler of West Indian cricket as author, raconteur, journalist and broadcaster, was a firm friend of fellow Barbadian Sir Everton and the work was a labour of love.
