The Cricket Paper takes a break for winter

WELL, some suggested it would never happen but despite Covid’s best efforts at least we had a full summer of cricket to feast over in 2021.In fact, if anything, we actually had too much cricket to feast over this summer with cynics questioning a domestic schedule which included a return to the three-tier County Championship season, a jam-packed Royal London One-Day Cup, a T20 Blast campaign and the inaugural Hundred competition, held over from last year.
