Life begins at 40 for ripe Hogan

GLAMORGAN seamer Michael Hogan reckons he is bowling as well as ever at the ripe old age of 40.
Hogan put pen to paper on a new one-year deal on his 40th birthday.
He has spent the last nine years with Glamorgan and said: “I’m very happy to commit for another year.
“I feel like I’ve been bowling as well as I ever have and there’s plenty left in the tank.
“It’s an exciting time at the club with lots of talented young players coming through. We’ve played some really good cricket this year.”
