Worcestershire hit by Haynes injury blow

WORCESTERSHIRE are braced for batsman Jack Haynes to be sidelined for a lengthy spell with an ankle injury.
Fast bowler Pat Brown is also on the injury list after suffering the recurrence of a back problem but his absence will be a lot shorter.
Head coach Alex Gidman said: “Sadly, Jack looks like he is going to be missing for a while with an ankle injury.
“We think it is quite serious and it’s unlikely he will be involved for the foreseeable future.”
