New role: Adam Rossington has taken oner the captaincy at Northamptonshire

ADAM Rossington insists it will be business as usual for him despite being parachuted into the captaincy at Northamptonshire.
The 26-year-old has only captained the side once before, last season against Derbyshire, but will now lead the team for the remainder of this summer following the resignation of Alex Wakely.
Wakely stepped down as captain after leading the side out 198 times, citing changes in his ‘mental well-being’ as the main reason.
