DURHAM’S hopes of qualifying for the Vitality Blast quarter-finals were dented as they lost by eight wickets via DLS at home to Leicestershire Foxes.
Graham Clark (40) and Sean Dickson (35no) starred for Durham as they notched 115-4 after 15.1 overs before rain temporarily halted play.
Dickson and Ned Eckersley (20no) had an unbeaten 45-run stand before the delay, after Naveen-ul-Haq (2-14) cheaply removed dangermen Ben Stokes and Cameron Bancroft.
On resumption, Leicestershire were set a revised target of 88 from nine overs and Josh Inglis’ (35no) boundaries off the opening two balls start...
