EOIN Morgan questioned the decision to start a non-floodlit game at 5.30pm after Middlesex slipped to a controversial two-run Duckworth-Lewis defeat against Gloucestershire at Radlett.
Ian Cockbain’s first T20 half-century of the year propelled the visitors to victory but Morgan – who made 38 alongside Joe Cracknell’s blockbuster 67 in Middlesex’s 179-5 – was frustrated after being told to stop bowling his seamers by umpires Martin Saggers and Peter Hartley.
