Curran the cream as Surrey up the ante

HEAVY traffic caused Surrey to arrive late at Taunton but Sam Curran clicked into top gear with the bat to steer them to a seven-wicket victory against Somerset.
The England international smashed six maximums in an unbeaten 36-ball 72 to register his highest T20 score and guide the visitors to their second win from as many matches.
Curran and Laurie Evans (65) put on 104 for the third wicket and they were home and hosed with four overs to spare.
