THE fallout from coronavirus continues to hit Cricket Australia in the pocket, with CA now at risk of losing their freeto- air television partner on the cusp of the home summer.
In a dramatic escalation, Channel Seven’s boss, James Warburton, described CA as “incompetent” and a “train wreck” on account of a yet-to-be-rejigged schedule, before moves were made to see if they could get out of their six-year $450m deal.
