SITTING in the back of the taxi on my way to Cardiff last Saturday, I got talking to the cab driver about the reason for my visit to Sophia Gardens. “England are playing Bangladesh in the Cricket World Cup,” I told him, to which his reply was “England…playing in Cardiff?
