WARWICKSHIRE have announced the next phase of development at Edgbaston, with an £85m project agreed with Patrizia UK and the Homes and Communities Agency for 375 ‘build to rent’ homes and new retail and catering opportunities.
The new development, subject to planning consents, will be on a fouracre area of Edgbaston’s site and will also provide a new main entrance to the ground, a matchday plaza area for fans and extension of on-site parking.
