SWAPPING the sunny surroundings of Cape Town for Chesterfield may not seem like an appealing idea to many – but it proved to be an inspired decision for Joshua Savage.
The South African took his career best figures of 8-60 in Chesterfield’s 43-run victory over league leaders Sandiacre Town at Queen’s Park.
Now into his fifth season in England, the 29-year-old pace bowler admits he is enjoying the conditions in the northern hemisphere.
